
S&T Portfolio Rendering
The Strategic Portfolio Rendering Tool helps optimize the Navy’s $35 billion Science and Technology portfolio of approximately 10,000 S&T projects while enabling full transparency into the entire S&T lifecycle.

Operational Readiness
With PMA-299 we have developed a predictive analytics and scenario planning solution within CORAS, designed to improve aircraft readiness, fleet sustainment, and long-term lifecycle decisions. By integrating data from sources such as AMSRR, RAMP, and maintenance action forms, advanced models forecast mission-capable (MC) and fully mission-capable (FMC) rates, helping leadership make data-driven decisions on maintenance priorities, fleet sustainment strategies, and potential Service Life Extension Programs (SLEPs).

Program Management
We are building the next-generation AI portfolio management and strategic planning solution for AI NIF. This system will streamline the tracking, budgeting, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities supporting mission-critical initiatives like Terminal Defense (TD) NIF and Contested Ligistics (CL) NIF.

POM Budget Prioritization
CORAS transformed how OPNAV N94 manages the POM (Program Objective Memorandum) process. It provides a centralized, data-driven approach to tracking annual budgeting, adds, and offsets across the five-year FYDP. By eliminating manual data calls and fragmented spreadsheets, CORAS streamlines funding allocation, trade-off analysis, and historical tracking to enhance strategic decision-making.

Portfolio and Vendor Management
As the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) scales its budget from $100 million to $1 billion, we are working closely with them to develop a tailored budget management solution within CORAS. By creating real-time financial visibility, AI-driven analytics, and automated workflows, DIU can strategically allocate resources, track spending, and align investments with mission objectives.

Strategic Planning and Forecasting
For NAVSEA (SEA 03) after a successful prototype, we are completing the development of a next-generation strategic planning and forecasting system within CORAS, replacing their legacy solution for shipyard operations. This new system provides real-time data visibility, AI-powered analytics, and predictive forecasting, enabling smarter resource allocation, improved maintenance scheduling, and long-term readiness planning.
